In this role, you will oversee our HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and performance management. You will work closely with our medical team, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training and development programs for our team, focusing on both medical and HR skills.
• Assist in the development of our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using tools like BambooHR or Workday.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, applying them to our unique healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with our overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in healthcare industry preferred.
• Certification in HR management or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
