📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed medical planning drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compliant designs.
• Develop 3D models and virtual walkthroughs to visualize and validate healthcare facility designs.
• Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform design decisions.
• Prepare construction documents and ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in medical facility design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical facility planning and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building standards is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare facility design and construction is a plus.
