📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the sales floor and ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
• Assist customers with purchases, providing expert advice on fine jewellery collections.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking to maintain optimal display.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and sales.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new product releases to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with discerning customers.
• Strong knowledge of fine jewellery, including materials, craftsmanship, and design principles.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as RetailPro, Lightspeed, or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
