📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the café's presentation, including tables, menus, and signage.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Uphold the café's standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
