📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring it aligns with our clients' business processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems, such as ERP and marketing automation tools.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the team on best practices for using Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CRM technology, and recommend improvements for our implementation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, integration, and administration.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (e.g., MB-200, MB-300) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.
• Proficient in JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform tools for custom development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
