📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality 2D layouts, technical drawings, and 3D renderings for retail events using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Produce mock-ups, floor plans, and 3D models that meet technical specifications and enhance the visual appeal of retail events.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in retail design and visualization.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for design choices.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards before event execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the team.
• Support marketing and promotional materials by creating additional visual content as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 2D & 3D Designer, preferably in the retail or event industry, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
