📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate settlements with clients
• Manage and maintain a strong collection portfolio
• Conduct credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients
• Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and financial recoveries
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve complex collection issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial recovery
• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial recovery or collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM software and collection management systems
