📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock to maintain optimal product availability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
