Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking two experienced Shipping Officers to join our team in Bali. As a Shipping Officer, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and logistics operations for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the shipping and logistics operations for clients.,Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.,Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.,Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.,Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of shipping policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of sea and air freight shipping processes and procedures.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as TMS, WMS, or ERP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
