In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and efficiently utilized to support our business operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics to optimize fleet performance.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve overall fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.,Provide training and support to drivers and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving a commercial vehicle is a plus.
