As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches or suspicious activities,Enforce all security policies and procedures, including access control, fire safety, and emergency preparedness,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises and equipment,Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with guests and staff,Provide a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff, and promote a culture of safety and well-being,Assist in the investigation of any security incidents or breaches, and document all findings and recommendations,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the venues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or related role in the hospitality or entertainment industry,Familiarity with local laws and regulations, and a commitment to upholding them,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including running, lifting, and carrying,Valid security license or certification, and a clean criminal record,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
