📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints effectively.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
