📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
