Global Shine Jaya is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team with inventory-related tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify system accuracy.,Process and manage inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support decision-making.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize stockouts.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory control processes and systems.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Proficiency in using inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
