📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
