📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Supervise the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including payroll, invoices, and expenses.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and financial improvements.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.
