📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Support the procurement team in preparing and submitting purchase orders and invoices.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Support the procurement team in attending supplier meetings and negotiations.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in monitoring and managing procurement budgets.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Good understanding of procurement processes and procedures.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
