📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Manage a team of interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure materials and equipment.
• Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and interior fit-out coordination.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
