📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our employees.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food services for events and special occasions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and vendors.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.
