📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily culinary operations of the restaurant.,Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect the latest culinary trends and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and skill development.,Optimize inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
