📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to employment, benefits, and leave.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in employee training and development is a plus.
