Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Support the HR manager in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.🛠️ Keahlian
