Develop and implement new menu items and recipes,Supervise and mentor kitchen staff,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients,Plan and organize kitchen operations,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced restaurant setting,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software
