📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.,Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to support the clinic's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
