📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor warehouse metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Resolve any issues related to warehouse operations and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
