📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor telesales operations to ensure high-quality customer interactions and sales performance.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Train and mentor telesales staff to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and consistency in sales efforts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
