NOVA Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Denpasar. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking and ordering.,Ensure the store is well-organized and clean at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products.,Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders for delivery.,Work closely with the Store Operator to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or warehouse environment.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
