📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies.,Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the company's industry and operations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
