📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
• Optimize workforce management by providing actionable insights on agent performance and productivity.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
