📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and mentor new staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in developing and implementing store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
