📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information about company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources department.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
