In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You'll also assist in managing our social commerce efforts, helping to drive sales through platforms like Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shops. Daily, you'll work with our marketing team to develop and implement digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Assist in managing social commerce efforts, including product tagging, shopping features, and ad campaigns
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on social media platforms
• Assist in managing our eCommerce website, including product listings, SEO, and user experience improvements
• Support the marketing team in event planning, influencer collaborations, and other promotional activities
• Contribute to the development of our brand's digital presence and voice

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Experience with social commerce tools and features, such as Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shops
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and basic website management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
• Passion for digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media
