📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Promote Origani Bali products through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and beauty events to showcase and sell Origani Bali products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
